About SPRING congress
The Board of Directors is excited to partner with the University of Tulsa for the 2nd Session of the 44th Annual OSGA Congress! Yearly, students of higher education gather to improve higher education through collaborative legislative writing at our congress events, and we are thrilled to announce that registration costs are cheaper than ever. With a significant cost decrease, it is affordable and accessible for institutions to provide students with this invaluable leadership experience.
